CLS are Industrial Electrical Contractors in Birmingham
In its industrial heyday at the end of the 19th century, Birmingham was known as ‘the workshop of the world’ and ‘the city of a thousand trades’. In the 21st century, its character has changed dramatically. Now, it’s more often referred to as ‘Europe’s Meeting Place’, thanks to the world class conference facilities offered by the NEC, the International Convention Centre, the LG Arena and the NIA.
That’s not to say that industry has departed from the city entirely. There are major construction and infrastructure projects across the Birmingham as its Big City Plan unfolds. The city’s also home to a range of major UK industries and it’s seen recent investment in the manufacture and distribution of automotive components, as well as the metals and machinery industries.
